Returns Policy

At Select and Admired, we want you to love every purchase. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make returns simple.

🗓️ Standard Returns – 35 Days

You have 35 days from the delivery date to return any non-sale item purchased online.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

💸 Sale Items – 14 Days

Sale items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by logging into your account and selecting the item(s) to return.
Once notified, you’ll have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) back.

Please note: We cannot accept returns outside of these timeframes.

📦 How to Return 

 

  • Log in to your account and go to your order history.  
  • Select the items you’d like to return and follow the instructions.
  • Return your items by post using your preferred courier.
  • Please ensure the items are securely packaged and include your order details.

Refunds Policy

At Select and Admired, we want your returns and refunds experience to be smooth, clear, and hassle-free. Here's everything you need to know about how and when you’ll be refunded.

🛍️ Track Your Refund Step-by-Step

You can track the entire refund process through My Account, from the moment you submit your return to the final refund.

  1. We’re Expecting
    It
    You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as you submit your return request.
  2. On Its Way
    Your parcel is in transit and has been handed over to our returns team.
  3. We’ve Got
    We’ve received your return, and it's currently being processed.
  4. You’ve Been Refunded 
    Your refund has been issued using your original payment method.

💳 How You’ll Be Refunded

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • If you paid with Clearpay, the refund will be made directly through your Clearpay account.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

📦 Multiple Items Returned?

If you returned more than one item, your refund may arrive in separate payments, depending on processing times.
